What should I do if I deleted my Tripocell profile?

If you accidentally delete your Tripocell profile, it can be reactivated free of charge. To do this, you can use the QR code you received when purchasing the Tripocell internet package. Rescan the Tripocell profile using the same device you previously installed it on.

If you've switched to a new device, please contact us to request a new QR code.

Note: You can temporarily deactivate and reactivate your Tripocell profile at any time in your device settings.
