All our eSIM profiles come with a preset configuration. Therefore, there is no need to set the APN manually. After arriving in the country with the already purchased mobile internet package, Tripocell will automatically register in the local network and start working immediately. Please make sure Data Roaming is enabled and Network Selection is automatic.
If you have any mobile data issues, try restarting your device first. This helps to re-register the profile on the local network and solves the problem in 80% of cases.
If it doesn't help, contact us. When sending your message, make sure to include as many necessary details as possible:
1. The name of the country/region you are currently in.
2.Settings - Mobile data/Cellular - switch both calls and data services to Tripocell - send us a screenshot.
3.On this page under Cellular plans - Tap on Secondary/Tripocell plan - send us the screenshot.
4.Then switch to Cellular/Mobile data network - send us a screenshot.
This will help identify the problem and find a quick solution.
