How do I change my account email address?
The account holder is identified by the account's email address. Please ensure that your email address is always up to date so that we can contact you and our support team is empowered to assist you.
Follow these steps to change your account email address:
- Launch the Tripocell app.
- Go to Account and then Account Settings.
- Update your email address.
- You will then be redirected to the login page. Select one of the login options and complete email verification (if required).
It is important to confirm your account email address to ensure that you can receive your account information from us.
If you wish, we can change your account email address.
Note: Since you're already logged in, you won't need to verify your account to confirm changes.
