The account holder is identified by the account's email address. Please ensure that your email address is always up to date so that we can contact you and our support team is empowered to assist you.

Follow these steps to change your account email address:

  1. Launch the Tripocell app.
  2. Go to Account and then Account Settings.
  3. Update your email address.
  4. You will then be redirected to the login page. Select one of the login options and complete email verification (if required).
