3. Service Quality and Disclaimer
TripoCell strives to provide customers with high-quality eSIM services.
However, we do not guarantee that the services will operate without interruption, remain continuously available, or be completely free of errors at all times.
4. Device Compatibility and Network Coverage
The customer is responsible for verifying that their device supports eSIM technology and that the service will function properly on their device.
Device compatibility may depend on the device model, mobile carrier, and technical capabilities available in a specific country or region.
Customers may check the list of compatible eSIM devices through the relevant link provided.
The compatibility list is updated regularly, and new devices may be added from time to time.
5. eSIM QR Code Usage and Activation Terms
The eSIM QR code provided by TripoCell may only be used once for installation and activation.
If the eSIM profile is deleted from the device, transferred to another device, the device is changed, or the installation process is interrupted by the user, restoration or reactivation of the eSIM may not be possible.
Before installing the eSIM, the customer must ensure that:
• Their device supports eSIM technology
• An active internet connection is available
• The QR code is being used on the correct device
TripoCell shall not be held responsible for any issues resulting from the deletion of the eSIM profile after installation or attempts to use the eSIM on another device.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
Once a payment has been successfully completed through the system and confirmed by the service provider, a refund may not be possible.
This is because, after payment confirmation, the relevant eSIM package, OTP number service, or balance-related resources are allocated by the provider, and service fulfillment is considered to have commenced.
Therefore, customers are advised to carefully review their selected package, destination country, device compatibility, and all other order details before completing payment.
TripoCell is not obligated to provide refunds in cases involving:
• Incorrect package or country selection
• Customer input errors
• Device incompatibility
• Customer cancellation after payment completion
7. Compliance with Laws and Proper Use
Customers must not use TripoCell services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
If a customer engages in actions that disrupt, damage, or negatively affect the network or service operations, TripoCell reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to its services.
The customer remains responsible for fulfilling any applicable payment obligations during any period of suspension.
